We recently got back from a fun trip to Disney World in Orlando Florida. I’m a long time Disney fan and I always like the fact that almost every Disney animated feature has had a cat in it. While we were in Disney World I was looking forward to seeing some of the Disney cat characters I enjoyed seeing in Pinocchio, Aristocrats, 101 Dalmatians and other Disney Classics.

After a few days in the parks I was hard pressed to find a single cat. There were no Disney Cat characters walking about, not even a Disney Cat T-Shirt. It was disappointing but eventually I did manage to find a cat or two. Two days later I hit the mother-load at the Disney Villains store in the Hollywood Studios Park. These four Siamese Cats were the center piece of the store and they were amazing. Each Cat had their own personality and expression.

Mad Max

“The mad cat is Maxamillion. We adopted him when he was about two years old. He passed away three years ago due to kidney failure at the age of 16.  He had a black belt attitude even without his claws and he said what time we woke up and what time we went to bed at night.  He ran the house.

Here are two lovely cats send in from one of our readers, Jordan. Here is what Jordan had to tell us about his cats.

“My cats names are Casie, and Coda. Casie is black and Coda is dark brown.They live in my house which is big and roomy. They are brother and sister and they are both 4 years old and their birthday is on March 16th. Coda likes strings and furry toys. Casie like little fake mice. They sleep a lot and love to sleep at the bottom of my bed. They also like their litter box by where they sleep.”

Dec was a fun month for cat pictures. We also ended up with some photos that were a bit off or not quite what we wanted but were still interesting to see. They’re a digital ‘Happy Accident’. Maybe we should come up with a better name other than outtakes for next month. Calling them outtakes might sound like these images are something we might want to delete and they’re too fun to get rid of. Time to put on the thinkin’ caps.
