There is a great effect technique some very talented people have applied to their photographs called ‘Out of Bounds’ or OOB for short. The effect gives a fabulous three dimensional look to a flat picture.

I’m sure you have seen a few OOB images in your online travels. There are quite a few of them to be found. There’s even an OOB group on flickr with some very impressive works.
