Dry food is poison for older cats , actually I don't like it at all. Only one of my cats, Pookie loves dry food. For old Lisa (17) who just looks like Jade I buy Whiskas food in a sauce so that she has a lot of liquid. Kidneys are the weak point at cats. Happy to hear she is better !
