Here is Spooky, our big white Cat, getting into the Christmas Spirit hanging out under the Christmas Tree. We put up the Christmas Tree up a few weeks ago and Spooky has been there almost every day ever since.
Maybe it’s because he loves the Holiday Season so much, or maybe it’s the heat from the lights keeping him warm? You won’t see our other cat Jade under the Christmas Tree. She is not interested in the least. But Spooky is certainly enjoying the Christmas Tree. We think Spooky is waiting for Santa to come with some new wicked, cool catnip toys like the ones he got last year. I guess he’ll just have to wait a little longer.
Well, while Spooky is waiting see what Santa is bringing him this year we would like to wish everyone a safe, happy and furry Holiday Season! Have a super New Year and we’ll see you in 2011!
Merry Christmas everyone. We hope you have a great Holiday Season with loads of fun, yummy food and cool stuff from Santa. Thanks for visiting us in 2010 and we’ll see you again in the New Year. Peace and Purrs.
hehe, very cute ^.^
Looks like a cat I had when I was a little girl, Lily (I miss her)
Happy Holidays for you!
Oh Spooky looks so beautiful under the tree! We hope you all had a wonderful, fun, happy Christmas!
LOL how cute! I have 5 cats, that’s why we don’t put up a big tree. Coincidentally enough, one is a 14-1/2 lb black cat named Buddy who is enamored of our foot-high live tree. There aren’t enough lights for warmth, but he took great interest in chewing up the fake prezzies!
5 Cats must make for a very fun house. Good idea to keep the Tree small. Buddy sounds like a real tree lovin’ Cat. Anytime you would like to share pics and stories about your Cats we would be happy to show them to everyone here. Thanks for the comment!
I hope we brought you happy memories of Lily. We recently lost Dax, so we know how it feels when they aren’t around anymore.
Yes, he fit under the tree like it was made for him. Thanks for the comment. We hope you have a wonderful Holiday as well!
We used to have a white tomcat like that and often the tip of his toungue would be sticking out looked kind of funny but we never got a picture of it
I am so sorry to hear about Dax. We never know them in the way that you do–but he was a wonderful, special cat and he will be missed. I am sorry for your loss and want you to know that it is obvious that you gave Dax a wonderful, loving home and a great life.
My own belief is that you will see him again. Don’t know what you think on that, but I think you will.
Over the years I have had many cat friends–it is always hard when they go.
All the best,
Denise
